Research & Business Analyst

The National Insurance Board is seeking a Research & Business Analyst to join our team in Grand Turk. This role plays a key part in providing information technology and efficient statistical information solutions to support decision making and policy.

What You’ll Do

• Analyse, redesign and improve business processes
• Advise on organisational changes
• Implement an efficient statistical information management system
• Support decision making and policy development

Who We’re Looking For

• Research methodologies
• Business process analysis principles and processes
• Process mapping and modelling
• Database management
• Quality management principles and processes
• Project management skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Five (5) years of on-the-job experience

Location: Grand Turk Salary: Grade 8 | $68,275.00 – $79,178.00
