Compliance Officer

The National Insurance Board is seeking a Compliance Officer for our Providenciales office. This role provides service to employers, employees, and self-employed individuals in regard to compliance matters and prepares preliminary case files for the prosecution of non-compliant persons.

What You’ll Do

• Provide compliance services to employers, employees and self-employed individuals
• Prepare preliminary case files for prosecution of non-compliant persons
• Conduct inspections and audits
• Communicate via telephone, email or in person on compliance matters

Who We’re Looking For

• Statutory regulations governing national insurance
• Auditing of payroll/benefits systems
• Bookkeeping
• Operations of the National Insurance Board
• Customer relations and customer service skills
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Investigative skills
• Time management and multi-tasking skills

Education & Experience

• Associate Degree in Business Administration
• Two (2) years experience in a bookkeeping or payroll clerical position, or other equivalent position

Location: Providenciales Salary: Grade 5 | $38,691.00 – $44,870.00
